Terms of Use
By using 3D Printeray you agree to these terms.
Modifying a printer is at your own risk
Guides on this site describe hardware, firmware and configuration changes to 3D printers. Raising temperature limits, adding chamber heating, replacing hotends or wiring new heaters can damage a printer, create a fire or electrical hazard, or end the manufacturer’s warranty. You decide whether to make a change and you carry the risk of making it. Follow your printer’s manual and any instructions supplied with a part, and get a qualified electrician to check mains wiring.
Manufacturer limits and warranty terms
Stock limits and warranty terms are stated as each manufacturer publishes them, cited on the page with the date they were checked. Manufacturers change specifications, firmware and warranty policies, so a figure can go out of date. The manufacturer’s current terms are the ones that apply to your printer.
No endorsement
Upgrade options are listed in tables sorted by a neutral column, such as temperature rating or price. The site does not rank products or recommend one over another. Trademarks and product names belong to their owners and are used only to identify products.
